Visiting this website (hosting)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Delaware, United States). Our server code runs in Vercel’s Frankfurt, Germany region; static pages are delivered from Vercel’s global content-delivery network. To deliver pages and protect the site, Vercel processes connection data such as your IP address, browser details and the pages requested, and keeps platform request logs; its firewall uses the IP address to limit abusive traffic. Our own application uses your IP address only, in memory, to rate-limit form submissions; it does not log or store it.
Vercel publishes a Data Processing Addendum incorporating the European Commission’s 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses, and lists its subprocessors at security.vercel.com.
Vacancies
The vacancies on this website are published from Zoho Recruit, the recruitment system operated for us by Zoho Corporation B.V. (Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, the Netherlands) on Zoho’s European data centres. Publishing vacancies is a one-way, read-only process: vacancy details flow from Zoho Recruit to this website, and no data about you is sent to Zoho when you browse or search vacancies here.
Applying for a vacancy
Applications are not made on this website. Each vacancy page links to its application form on our
careers site, which is a separate environment hosted by Zoho Recruit at intersoft.zohorecruit.eu. When you
follow an “Apply on our careers site” link you leave intersoft.io, and the personal data you enter there
(such as your name, contact details and CV) is processed in Zoho Recruit for the purpose of considering your
application. This website does not receive, store or process your application data.
Employer enquiries
Organisations can contact us through the enquiry form on the contact page. We ask for your first and last name, work email address and company, your message, and optionally a phone number, country and the service you are interested in. We use these details to respond to your enquiry.
Your enquiry is validated on our server and delivered to Intersoft Teams by email through Resend, an email service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. (2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States). Resend’s primary processing takes place in the United States; its Data Processing Addendum relies on the EU and UK Standard Contractual Clauses for that transfer, and its subprocessors are listed at resend.com/legal/subprocessors.
This website does not keep a copy of your enquiry: it is delivered and then discarded. Our server logs record only a reference number, the enquiry type and the delivery outcome, never your name, email address, phone number or message. Enquiries are not entered into Zoho Recruit by this website.
Cookies and consent
This website sets one cookie and one matching local-storage entry, both named intersoft-consent.v1,
to remember your cookie choice. They hold the categories you allowed, the time of your choice, a random
identifier generated in your browser and the version of the choice you were shown. Nothing in them identifies
you. The cookie lasts up to 365 days; clearing your browser’s site data removes it and the site will ask
again.
To be able to demonstrate that consent was requested and what was answered, each choice you make is also
recorded by our consent-management service, a hosted instance of the open-source c15t platform operated
by inth (inth.app). The record holds the categories you allowed or refused, the time, the random
browser identifier, the name of this website, the applicable consent rules and the version of the notice. It
is sent through this website’s own address: our server forwards it without your IP address, your browser’s
identifying details or your language settings, and does not forward any cookie from this website.
There are two categories: Necessary, which keeps the site working and remembers your choice and cannot be switched off, and Analytics, which is optional and off unless you allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Full details are on the cookies page.
Analytics
No analytics service is installed on this website. No web analytics, advertising or tracking script runs here, and no analytics cookie is set. The optional Analytics consent category exists so that, if an analytics tool is added in the future, it can only run with your consent; this notice and the cookies page will be updated before that happens.
How long we keep data
- Vacancy browsing: this website stores nothing about you.
- Employer enquiries: nothing is stored on this website; the enquiry exists only as the email delivered to us.
- Cookie choice: in your browser for up to 365 days or until you clear it or the choice version changes; the consent record at our consent-management service is kept for as long as the provider’s terms specify.
- Applications: held in Zoho Recruit, on our careers site, not on this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
International transfers
Our recruitment system and its careers site are operated from Zoho’s European data centres, and our website code runs in Germany. Two of our providers are established in the United States: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (enquiry email delivery). Each publishes a Data Processing Addendum that relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the European Economic Area. The location of our consent-management provider, inth, is not yet confirmed.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive the data you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to dataprotectionofficer@intersoft.nl. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority. As Intersoft Teams S.R.L. is established in Romania, the competent authority is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, Romania — dataprotection.ro. You may also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.
